Paavan Pandit

Mr. Paavan Pandit is the man who runs the show at Sheetal Infrastructure. He brings along with him a strong educational background and experience. He is a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD focused in Spoken English from Gujarat University. He has also extended his services as Director of Undergraduate Management College at Gujarat University and has also served as Director of Bhavans H B Institute of Communication and Management. His excellent communication and management skills makes him play a pivotal role in the success story of Sheetal Infrastructure.
Sahdevsinh Solanki
Senior VP - Projects, Sheetal Infrastructure
Mr. Sahdevsinh holds a Doctorate in Management Studies and is a Civil Engineer by education. His array of expertise ranges from project management, construction management to e-tendering, financial data analysis and maintaining high delivery standards, at Sheetal Infrastructure. His experience of over 35 years makes him a key individual in ensuring that all our projects are executed with quality and customer delight at the core.
Vishal Detha
Senior VP of sales and marketing
Sr. Vice President of Sales, Mr. Vishal Detha, brings more than 24 years of rich experience in Real Estate with him in sales, marketing, CRM, and customer communication. He has worked with some of the most renowned real estate brands in Ahmedabad as well as throughout India. He brings experience, direction, discipline, values, wisdom, and a forever joyful attitude with him to Sheetal Infrastructure.
Biren Rajpura

Biren Rajpura a Young and Dynamic Finance Professional & Group CFO of the Group with rich and extensive experience in the field of finance with two decade of professional journey in different industry & sector like Retail FMCG and Real Estate where he is spending a decade and continue his service in most highly employment providing sector of the country. He has a grate academic journey equant with MBA finance from the Ahmedabad Gujarat One of the Top B School as well as more than one decade of post experience after equant it. He has an expertise in strategic tactics like set up milestone for Revenue center, Cost Optimization & Cost Effectiveness, Corporate Finance, Tax Planning, formulate & implementing of effective Internal Financial Control System with maintaining efficient & effective bottom line the performance measurement tool of any group. He has a philosophy that “Leadership is action not position”, “Find a way or make a way emphasis on Integrity, Honesty and Dignify with your profession and group.

Furthermore, her distinction as an alumna of the revered Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA), specifically in Assistant General Management, underscores her commitment to excellence and her broad expertise in various facets of business and management.
With over nine years of dedicated service to Sheetal Infrastructure, Ms Jyoti is not only a seasoned HR professional but also a dynamic leader with a multifaceted skill set. Her IIMA alumni status in Assistant General Management adds a unique dimension to her strategic approach, enabling her to contribute effectively to the overall management and growth of the organization.

For Dr. Patel sky is the limit as he holds a full-time teaching and research experience in Financial Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, Taxation, Corporate Governance and Earning Manipulations along with being a renowned professor at JG University, Ahmedabad for over 10 years now. Over the years, through his experience and knowledge, he has played a significant role in the upliftment of the Indian real estate sector for which Dr. Patel has been honored by prestigious institutions and industry bodies for his contribution.
